Hoover Business Park is a 40,365-square-foot, three-building office and warehouse property in the 2500 block of Lorna Ridge Drive in Hoover.
In September 2013, the park was purchased for $1.18 million by a Birmingham-based company from Florida-based Cobb Investment Co. LLC and Armed Forces Museum of Alabama.
