'Inverness Center is an office park on the northern end of the Inverness development on U. S. Highway 280 and Valleydale Road. The office park includes several multi-story office buildings arrayed along Inverness Parkway northwest of Lake Heather and a smaller artificial lake encircled by Center Parkway.

Inverness Center Drive and Inverness Center Place connect the office park to Valleydale Road.

In 2010 the Boston, Massachusetts-based CommonWealth REIT purchased the development from TIAA-CREF for $92.5 million.
