Jack F. Bulow (born June 7, 1942 in Elmira, New York - died August 28, 2008 in Birmingham) was director of the Birmingham Public Library from 1993 to 2002.

Bulow graduated from UAB and earned a master's degree at the University of Alabama. He served in the U. S. Coast Guard before beginning his Birmingham library career as an assistant bookmobile librarian in 1971. After serving as an associate director of the central library and associate director of branch libraries he was named director in 1993.

As director, Bulow emphasized public service to every branch and championed service and professionalism in his work with the Alabama Library Association and American Library Association. In Birmingham he forged closer ties between the library system and the Birmingham Department of Community Development and helped the library win several awards for service to the public.

Bulow died in 2008, survived by his wife, June.
