This article is about the former hot dog stand downtown, for the current restaurant, see Jimmy's Hot Dogs and Burgers.

Jimmy's Hot Dogs was a hot dog stand owned by Jimmy and Panagiota Sarris in downtown Birmingham. It opened in the early 1970s, and from the mid-1990s until it closed in August 2004 it was located at the corner of 4th Avenue North and 21st Street.

The Sarrises were immigrants from Greece, as were a large number of Birmingham restauranteurs during much of the 20th century. The restaurant provided on its basic hot dogs the special ketchup-based, spiced sauce found at all the hot dog stands in the Birmingham area established by people from Greek backgrounds.
