Jous (pronounced "joe-us") is a four-piece soul and R&B band founded in Tuscaloosa in 1986. Members included brothers Darryl "D. B." Brown and James "J. B." Brown on bass and keyboards, Sheila R. on vocals and percussion, Serious O on drums, and Doug Ford on guitar.

The band released their first album in 1994 on Tuskk Records. Label executive Marvin Lucas acted as the band's manager.
