Kalu (originally the Afro Blues Band) is a rhythm and blues band formed in the 1970s.

Members include guitarist Earl Williams, saxophonist Lee Charles Mitchell and vocalist Greg Miller (the brother of Birmingham City Council member Bert Miller).

Williams and his band, renamed "Kalu" became the touring band for "chitlin' circuit" blues man Benny Latimore in the 1980s.
