Kelly Keeler Caruso is the chief executive officer of Shipt.

Caruso was born into a military family, and spent time in Florida and Georgia before graduating high school in Great Falls, Montana. She attended the University of North Dakota and completed her bachelor's degree in accounting in 1991.

In 1992 Caruso joined the Younkers department store in Des Moines, Iowa as a management trainee. The next year she took a job as assistant marketing manager for men's sportswear at the May Merchandising Company in St Louis, Missouri. She was hired by Abercrombie & Fitch of Columbus, Ohio as an assistant buyer in 1995 before joining the Minneapolis-based Target as a business analyst in 1996.

Caruso was promoted through the ranks of merchandise planning manager and buyer and was named a vice-president of the company for merchandise operations in 2011. She assumed the presidency of Target's "Sourcing Services" division in 2014 and was made a senior vice president in 2017. In March 2019 she was named by the company to succeed Shipt founder Bill Smith as CEO of the wholly-owned Shipt division, based in Birmingham.
