LW Associates is a public relations, community organizing and political consulting firm owned by attorney Lou Willie III and his son, communications consultant Lou Willie IV. Its offices are located in the Plaza Building at 2112 11th Avenue South.

As a former Birmingham City Council committee assistant, the younger Willie takes credit for contributing to several ordinances, including the city's "texting while driving" prohibition and the "for-hire-transportation code" which was revised in 2012, while Lou Willie III was representing several taxi companies as an attorney.

The firm offers numerous services, including voter registration and "Get Out The Vote (GOTV)" efforts including paid and volunteer canvassers and poll workers and robocalling.

In July 2014 LW Associates LLC won a $30,000 contract from the city "to provide planning and strategic consultation regarding projects related to transportation and veteran services" in District 2.
