Larry O. Gay (born c. 1956) is an amateur freelance photographer in Bessemer with an extensive portfolio of photographs of Birmingham assembled during days off from his full-time job as a steelmaker.

Gay graduated from Bessemer Tech with a double major in commercial art and photography. He began spending his weekends driving around the region mostly photographing old buildings. As downtown Birmingham became more lively in the 1990s he began to extensively document events and street life.

Since 2002 Gay has maintained several websites to display his photography online.
