Liberty Highlands is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Huffman community. It stretches along the city's eastern limit on both sides of I-459 between I-20 and I-59, adjoining Irondale and Trussville.

The Liberty Highlands Neighborhood Association meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at First Ebenezer Baptist Church on Civic Circle. Doris Clanton is the neighborhood president.
