'Lette Macarons is a retail bake shop at 3112 Heights Village in Cahaba Heights. It is owned by Shane and Crystal Lovelady, under license from Paulette Koumetz's original French-style bakery in Beverly Hills, California, which produces and ships the macarons, shortbreads and other products for sale.
