Luman S. Handley (born September 29, 1840 in Dallas County; died November 26, 1910 in Birmingham) was a Presbyterian minister.

Handley served as a private in the 36th Regiment Alabama Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War, and as a corporal and sergeant in Company G of the 1st Regiment of Alabama in the U.S. Army during the Spanish-American War.

Handley died from "cardiac paralysis" in November 1910 and was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery.
