Music and Dance Skillz Company (usually abbreviated M. A. D. Skillz) is a dance company founded by choreographer Winston Strickland in 2003. The company has 50 members and rehearses at a studio on Oporto-Madrid Boulevard South.

The group has performed several times on national television, including multiple wins on BET's "Wild-Out Wednesday", a performance on "Showtime at the Apollo", and an appearance during the pilot for "America's Got Talent".
