The Magnolia Financial Center is a 3-story modern-style office building at 1025 23rd Street South. The stucco-clad building, constructed in 1987, has a prominent triangular overhang on the 3rd floor, while the second floor extends over a driveway to the rear parking area. The strip windows have a mirror tint. The building is managed by Omega Tech Property.
