Mamanoes Grocery Shop is a grocer located at 2303 2nd Avenue North. The shop opened July 1, 2010 in the former location of Gypsy Market. Mamanoes is owned by Antonio Boyd, who named it in tribute to his mother, and to mothers everywhere, "Because if anybody knows, Mama knows."

Mamanoes Grocery Shop carries staples, wine, beer, and offers fresh meats from Mr. P's Deli and freshly baked bread. A covered "pet valet" area out front will be available for shoppers to drop off their dogs to be leashed while they are in the store. Future plans include and upstairs tasting room and a delivery service.

The building which houses Mamanoes is owned by Butch Baldone of Baldone Tailors next door.
