Michael G. "Mike" Graffeo (born March 28, 1952 in Ensley) is an attorney, a former assistant to Birmingham Mayor Richard Arrington, Jr, and a candidate for Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge, Place 8.

Graffeo holds a Bachelor's in urban sociology and political science from UAB (1976) and a law degree from the University of Alabama (1979). He served as a law clerk to federal magistrates after graduating, and then accepted a position as legislative liaison and administrative assistant to Arrington in 1980. He coordinated Arrington's re-election campaign in 1983 and ran unsuccessfully for Birmingham City Council in 1985. He was elected to the Council in 1987, but failed in his re-election bid two years later.

In 2004, Graffeo lost a special election to fill the vacancy in Alabama House District 47. In the 2006 general election he faces Pat Todd for the seat of retiring judge Tennant Smallwood. He has received the endorsement of the Birmingham Bar Association in that race.

Graffeo currently resides in Vestavia Hills.
