The Moody Miracle League is a baseball league for children with special needs which plays at City Park in Moody. The league was founded in 2003 as part of a nationwide network of "Miracle Leagues" which was founded in suburban Atlanta in 1998.

In Miracle League play, each participant, accompanied by a buddy, has the opportunity to make a hit, get on base and score a run. Miracle League fields are designed with a cushioned surface which is accessible to wheelchairs and walking assistance devices and with accessible dugouts.

The Moody Miracle League's executive director is Philip Deason and league director is Mary Chambliss.
