The Neo Jazz Collective is a Fairfield-based youth jazz ensemble founded in 2004 by Lud Yisrael. Founding members included Yisrael, his son, Yirmeyahu, guitarist David Curtis and bassist Jabari Brown.

Later additions to the ensemble included Whitney Mitchell, Jeronne Ansari, Stephon Hundley, Yah'el Yisrael, Sam Albright, Kristina Bren, Jack Thomason, Israela Williams, Isaiah Fogle, Yeager Smith, Brad Fancher, Adam Guthrie, Kayla Wheeler, Roy Cox, Crystal Howard, Lonnie Jones, Carlos Fair and Emory Kidd.
