New Hill is a community centered around New Hill Circle in Birmingham's East Brownville neighborhood. It began as Wenonah Camp No. 8 housing workers in the Wenonah Mines and included a Tennessee Coal, Iron & Railroad Company commissary, medical dispensary and administrative office.
