Nomtae

Nomtae (officially Nomtae Entertainment Event Center) was a nightclub owned by Jimmy Eatmon located at 4600 5th Avenue South in Avondale. The club was granted a liquor license and dance permit by the Birmingham City Council on April 22, 2008.

Nearby residents lodged complaints that the club was too noisy, too dangerous and open too late and petitioned the council's public safety committee to have it declared a public nuisance.
