The O'Neill Building is a three-story, 21,000 square-foot brick office building located at 2021 3rd Avenue North. It was built in 1925.

The building's retail space housed the Western Auto Supply Co. in 1929, Jefferson Home Furniture in 1937, and, later Economy Auto Stores and a U.S. Government Bookstore. Upper floor tenants have included Lehr Middlebrooks & Vreeland attorneys.

Reed Books has occupied 2,128 square feet on the ground floor since 2007. The building was listed for sale in 2015 with an asking price of $1.995 million.
