The Old Overton Club's 6,936-yard par-71 golf course was designed by Jerry Pate and Tom Fazio and constructed for $6.5 million. It was recognized as the "Best New Private Course" by Golf Digest in 1994. Pate also oversaw a 2020 renovation of the course.
