One Stop Environmental, LLC is an environmental cleanup company with headquarters at 4924 1st Avenue North in Woodlawn and branch offices in New Orleans, Louisiana; Pensacola, Florida; Alexandria, Virginia and Parma, Ohio.

The company was founded in 1999 by chemist Shannon Riley. In addition to environmental cleanup, One Stop Environmental provides emergency and disaster response, hazardous waste transport and disposal, industrial cleaning and environmental engineering and training services.

Since 2002, One Stop Environmental has been the primary environmental contractor for U. S. Steel's Fairfield Works. It contracted to clean up Norfolk Southern's Oliver Yard and household hazardous waste from St Bernard Parish during the clean-up and recovery from Hurricane Katrina in 2005. More recently, One Stop has contracted with the Drug Enforcement Agency to dispose of methamphetamine labs.

Riley was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce in November 2007. In 2020 One Stop Environmental was acquired by Ambipar Response of São Paulo, Brazil.
