Patterson Elementary School, also known as Patterson Colored Elementary School, was an elementary school operated by Birmingham City Schools at 200–210 64th Street South in South Woodlawn.

The school was named for a friend of Woodlawn Mayor John Burrus who donated land for the school.

In 1979 the Birmingham Board of Education approved a $123,000 expansion of the school to relieve overcrowded classrooms.

After it closed, the school building has been used by Wee Care Academy.
