Phill Dodd (born c. 1954) is the Chief of the Homewood Police Department. He was named Interim Chief on September 23, 2007 after Burke Swearingen announced his resignation. On November 27 the Homewood City Council named Dodd, a 31-year veteran of the department, its permanent chief.
