Ranch House Bar-B-Q, later Ranch House Family Restaurant, was a restaurant located at 2931 Columbiana Road near the intersection with Massey Road and Tyler Road in Vestavia Hills.

The business, owned by Tony Alexander, opened in the former Double "LL" Bar-B-Q location in 1983. He operated it with his sons, Paul and Tom.

After Paul's death, the family sold the business to Abdo Obeid and Hafed Mohamed, owners of Birmingham's Makarios Kabobs & Grill. They planned to preserve the existing breakfast menu and mid-day steam table options while adding a menu of Middle Eastern items available at lunch and dinner.
