Ranch House Bar-B-Q, later Ranch House Family Restaurant, was a restaurant located at 2931 Columbiana Road near the intersection with Massey Road and Tyler Road in Vestavia Hills.

The business, owned by Tony Alexander, opened in the former Double LL Bar-B-Q location in 1983. He operated it with his sons, Paul and Tom.

After Paul's death, the family sold the business to the owners of Makarios Kabobs & Grill. The new operators planned to preserve the existing menu while adding Middle Eastern items for lunch and dinner.
