Randy Merritt

Randy L. Merritt (born Durham, N.C.) was an employee of Southern research Institute for twenty-five years. He now works as a consultant in the coal-fired power plant industry.

He has the south's largest collection of World's Fair memorabelia, some of which has been displayed in the Birmingham Public Library. His also collects a variety of Birmingham memorabelia, Vulcan memorabelia and an assortment of other antiques.

He resides in Birmingham's southside area of Forest Park.
