Red Hill Cemetery, also known as Anderson Cemetery, Old Red Hill Cemetery, Red Hill Family Cemetery, or Mount Pinson Presbyterian Church Cemetery is a historic cemetery located on Tapawingo Road (Alabama State Highway 75) in Pinson. It holds approximately 85 graves.

The burial ground was established around 1842 in the Mount Pinson community and became associated with Mount Pinson Presbyterian Church. Ownership was transferred in 2009 from the Iglesia de Cristo Church to the city of Pinson.
