Rougaroux (styled Roug@roux) is a New Orleans-style sandwich shop located in "The Pink House" at 817 39th Street South in Forest Park Village. The restaurant is owned by Anne Carter, who developed it with her fiancé, restaurant consultant Ed Stacy, and chef Ryan Champion.

Rougaroux uses New Orleans suppliers such as Leidenheimer Bakery and Cochon Butcher along with Birmingham's Inland Seafood.

In 2022 a second location of Rougaroux, at 2716 Culver Road in Mountain Brook Village, was announced.
