Rougaroux (styled Roug@roux) is a New Orleans-style sandwich shop located in "The Pink House" at 817 39th Street South in Forest Park Village. The restaurant is owned by Anne Carter, who developed it with her fiance, restaurant consultant Ed Stacy, and chef Ryan Champion.

To recreate an authentic po-boy, Rougaroux uses New Orleans suppliers such as Leidenheimer Bakery and Cochon Butcher along with Birmingham's Inland Seafood.
