Royal Restaurant was a seafood, steak and oyster house located at 1600 2nd Avenue North (the corner of 16th Street and 2nd Avenue North). The restaurant was owned by Robert Papan, a native of Yugoslavia and former Maitre D' at Top of the Six in New York.
