Some time after 2014 the company relocated to its present offices from the Blue Lake Center.

In 2019 RxBenefits reported $2 billion in managed drug spending, and was employing more than 350 people. By the end of 2020 it had more than 500 employees.

RxBenefits has received major capital investments from Great Hill Partners and Advent International of Boston, Massachusetts. The company's 2021 recapitalization pegged its value at $1.1 billion.
