RxBenefits, formerly Prescription Benefits, Inc. is a privately-held company which helps employers negotiate and manage pharmacy benefits for workers. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered at 3700 Colonnade Parkway. The company was founded by Bill Gunnells. Its CEO is Bryan Statham.

In 2019 RxBenefits reported $2 billion in managed drug spending, and was employing more than 350 people. By the end of 2020 it had more than 500 employees.

RxBenefits has received major capital investments from Great Hill Partners and Advent International of Boston, Massachusetts. The company's 2021 recapitalization pegged its value at $1.1 billion.
