Scott Dawson (born 1967 in Birmingham) is a Christian evangelist and founder of the National League for Youth Ministers.

Dawson grew up in Birmingham and graduated from Ensley High School in 1985. He was already active as an evangelist when he entered Samford University for his bachelor's degree in religion and master's in divinity. He founded his Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association during his sophomore year, basing it on Billy Graham's organizational model.

Dawson has led large evangelistic crusades in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Jackson, Mississippi. He has organized numerous "Safe at Home" religious events at minor league baseball parks around the region. More recently he has been involved in setting up a National League for Youth Ministers to provide training and guidance for ministers who work with young people.
