Scott Douglas (born c. 1947) is the executive director of Greater Birmingham Ministries and a candidate in the 2009 Birmingham mayoral election.

Douglas's mayoral platform was based on green initiatives. Douglas played a role in creating Alabama Arise and Pathways.
