Select My Space

Select My Space is a real estate and rental locator company specializing in apartments, condominiums, houses and lofts in the Birmingham area. The company formed in January 2007 and is located in Southside's Five Points South neighborhood. Along with helping owners fill vacancies and giving renters and easier and quicker way to find a renter, Select My Space has also helped to introduce clients to properties and neighborhoods directly in midtown Birmingham to spur growth there that competes with suburb areas.

Properties

Select My Space has over 150 different properties in its portfolio, most of which are historic properties in such neighborhoods as Southside, Five Points South, Highland Park, Forest Park, Downtown Birmingham (northside), Glen Iris, downtown Homewood and Hollywood, and Mountain Brook. Though most of Select My Space's properties are in the Highland Park neighborhood along Highland Avenue.
