Sophia's Deli and Catering is a breakfast and lunch restaurant located inside the Jefferson County Parking Deck at 723 Richard Arrington, Jr Boulevard North. It was opened by long-time hot dog vendor Howard Faulk and his wife Sophia, a sister of the Fish Market's George Sarris.
In 2013 the Faulks sold the business to Rodney Summers.
