The Southside Ball Association is a Little League baseball and tee-ball organization founded at Avondale Park in 1953.
In its first year, the association's baseball team defeated a team from Schenectady, New York to claim the 1953 Little League World Series title in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
The league is currently affiliated with Dizzy Dean Baseball, Inc.
