For what it's worth, Frances Robb has seen this summary of her lecture and objects to its publication. She notes that I have neither checked my facts with appropriate primary sources, nor cited a published source to which readers can make reference. Once her own work is published, I or another editor will be able to make corrections to this article based on her work and it will serve as the needed reference, along with whatever else may turn up. In the meantime, I believe it is better to have something here on Mr Oxford, even at the risk of promulgating my own errors, than to remove it. The reader is referred to BhamWiki's disclaimer and urged to consult Robb's actual scholarly research when it finds publication. --Dystopos 12:21, 3 August 2006 (PDT)
