Lot 1-A

Lot 1-A is located behind the city-owned deck built for the John A. Hand Building, between 20th and at least 22nd Streets N., and the Railroad Reservation and behind the buildings along Morris Avenue. I have an internal document about the parking deck and it refers to our "overflow" parking lot as "BPA Lot 1-A". Lot 1-B might be the rest of the parking area from the 22nd Street viaduct to 24th Street. There is a fence and a gate that separates the two "lots" from one another at the 22nd St viaduct. I just don't know how to word it to make it make sense in the article. And I am not 100% sure about Lot 1-B. --Wheresdib 10:50, 1 March 2007 (PST)
