Alternate names

  • On the old topographic maps of the area, the stream is labeled Griffin Brook.
  • A 2005 Birmingham Weekly story on Rosedale called it Griffin Creek.
  • From what Dystopos posted in the Edgewood Lake article, I presume it's called Griffin's Brook in Homewood: The Life of a City by Sheryl Spradling Summe.
