Finally thought to see if I could find the archive of the company's web site.  And I did: https://web-beta.archive.org/web/*/www.longselectronics.com.  Looks like they were down to the one store in Irondale by 1996, when the archive starts. --Lkseitz (talk) 05:57, 27 April 2017 (PDT)

* I actually searched (briefly) on that website yesterday, but couldn't locate the page. Thanks for finding it. I thought the 4th Ave S. location was open until sometime in the 2000's, but I'm not sure. My initial source of info for the page came from James Long, who founded the business. I'll email him again and ask if he remembers when the 4th Ave. S. store closed. Robert Matthews (talk) 11:46, 27 April 2017 (PDT)
** To explain, I was strictly going by the fact that there was only one address listed on the site.  I was expecting a "locations" page or something similar and didn't see one.  That doesn't necessarily mean there weren't locations other than the main one, I suppose. --Lkseitz (talk) 06:46, 1 May 2017 (PDT)
