The Terry Johnson residence is an 18,000 square-foot, 7 bedroom, 4 bath house located at 2124 Christina Cove in Hoover's Southlake Estates, overlooking Indian Valley Lake.

It was constructed for more than $5.5 million in 1990 for a doctor and sold in January 1998 to Cablevision founder Terry Johnson for $3.5 million.

The Johnsons placed the house on the market at their buying price in 2012, then decided to put it up for auction on October 23, 2014.
