Timberchase Apartments or Timberchase Apartment Homes, is a two-story, 94-unit apartment complex located at 925 Beacon Parkway East in Homewood.

The complex sold to an investment group in 2015 for $4.8 million. The new owners plan significant updates to the units, landscaping and common areas.
