Trey D. Lott (born c. 1954) is a physician and chiropractor, a former Hoover City Council member, and a candidate for his former place in the 2016 Hoover municipal election.
Lott moved to Hoover in 1976 and opened his Lott Pain Relief (now Lott Spine & Sports) practice in 1983. He was first elected to the City Council in 2004.
In early 2015 Lott rented a house in Alabaster so that his younger son, Walker, could attend Thompson High School where he could take college-level engineering courses and play for incoming head football coach Mark Freeman.
In 2016 Lott moved back to Hoover and qualified for the ballot to return to his Place 1 seat. He advanced to a runoff with Curt Posey in the 2016 Hoover municipal election.
