University House is a 496-bed housing complex for UAB students developed by Atlanta's University Partners. It is located at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue South and 14th Street in midtown Birmingham. Niles Bolton Associates of Atlanta is the design architect. Ground was broken by contractor Wood Partners in early May 2006. Opening is scheduled for summer 2007.

The apartments will be offered in one, two and four bedroom units with individual laundry rooms and utilities included. Other amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and clubhouse.
