Valley Elementary was an early elementary school in the Shelby County Schools and Pelham City Schools system. It was located in an 80,000 square-foot building at 310 Opportunity Drive, just off Pelham Parkway in Pelham, and fed into Valley Intermediate School. The school had been recognized as a "National Blue Ribbon School" and participated in the Alabama Reading Initiative and the Toyota Family Literacy Program.
