Valley Intermediate School is an elementary school in the Shelby County School System teaching approximately 700 students in grades third through fifth and feeding into Riverchase Middle School. It is located on Shelby County Road 3 on the west side of Interstate 65 in Pelham. The principal is Dana Payne.
