Velma's Place is a bar and grill located at 1911 Gadsden Highway in Trussville. The bar was founded in 1938 and named for the founder's wife. It is currently owned by Francis Salumn.

Velma's serves lunch and dinner and is known for its burgers and BLTs. Karaoke is available nightly.
